BIA analysis and performance evaluation at the Sporthotel Zoll

Your Rest.Revive.Refuel© sports holiday starts with a comprehensive check-up. We rely on professional instruments, in particular on combining BIA measurement and the Functional Movement Screen. These enable us to obtain precise data to define the first decisive steps towards personalised training management. If that's not enough for you, there’s more!

BIA with the InBody scale

Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) enables us to obtain an overview of your body composition and your current nutritional and health status. The InBody professional scale used in medical and research settings provides us with precise results and its accuracy has already been underlined in numerous scientific publications.

Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

The FMS test consists of 7 different exercises that aim to identify any inefficiencies in your motor patterns. Once these deficits have been identified, a corrective training strategy can be developed. This minimises the risk of future injuries and improves performance in sports and everyday life. Depending on your individual needs (e.g.: if you have pain or are a professional athlete), we can extend the FMS test to include more in-depth analyses such as the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) or the Fundamental Capacity Screen (FCS).

Spiroergometry

With spiroergometry, the composition of respiratory gases under stress is measured to obtain information on heart rate zones useful for training. Aerobic and anaerobic thresholds are thus determined and the optimal intensity of endurance training can be planned.

Metabolism analysis

Metabolism analysis provides us with information on your metabolism type and thus also on your calorie requirements. In this way we know exactly what your dietary needs are and can plan your diet in a targeted manner.
