New event sauna (90–110 °C)
Let our sauna masters guide you 6 times a week with a variety of infusions, taking you into completely new dimensions of relaxation.

Finnish sauna (90 - 110 °C)
Thanks to the high temperature and low humidity, the Finnish sauna promotes blood circulation and supports your body's detoxification. Ideal for intense muscle relaxation and stress relief.

Herbal sauna (55-60 °C)
The gentle heat and pleasant herbal atmosphere not only rebalance the body, but also the senses. The herbal sauna strengthens the immune system and gently heals the skin.

Steam bath (40-60 °C) 
The high humidity and lower temperature have a particularly beneficial effect on the respiratory tract and skin. Perfect for gentle relaxation and promoting blood circulation in the skin.

Infrared cabin (30 - 60 °C) 
Infrared heat penetrates deep into the muscles and promotes regeneration. Ideal for releasing tension, relieving joints and gently relaxing the body without extreme temperatures.
