Process - Fitness Health

Arrival Day – Arrive. Check In. Set Your Goal.

The start of your training week. Meet your coaching team and lay the foundation for your personalized program.

  • Welcome & Check-in
  • Tip: Zerobody Dryfloat session (20 min) for mental preparation.
Day 2 – Your Body, Your Foundation
  • Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) in the morning – for an accurate assessment of your body composition
  • Initial consultation & personalized training plan
  • Functional Movement Screen
  • Biomechanical analysis
  • Skillcourt performance test
From Day 3 – Training, Recovery & Nutrition
  • Mobility & prehab session or morning run
  • Daily small-group training in our high-end gym, individually tailored to your needs
  • 1:1 coaching sessions (personal training, nutrition coaching, breath training), depending on your goals or areas for improvement
  • Recovery Zone: Zerobody Cryo, Dryfloat & breathwork, cold tubs
Departure Day
  • Final consultation with a 1:1 review of your training plan
  • 24/7 online support via the training app, including your personalized home training plan
  • Online follow-up with our coaches after 8 weeks
  • After 12 weeks, your training plan can be extended on a monthly basis (additional fee applies)
