Information on your holiday at the Sporthotel Zoll

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 3 p.m. (early check-in possible subject to availability, surcharge applies)
• Check-out: until 11.00 a.m. (late check-out is also subject to availability and for a surcharge); the pool can be used free of charge until 3.00 p.m. on the day of departure

Discounts for children

• 0-2 years: € 30.00 fixed price
• 3-8 years: -50%
• 9-14 years: -30%
• Extra bed from age 15: -20%

The following conditions apply to stays in apartments: 25 EUR per person/day for the fifth and sixth person up to 14 years of age; from 15 years of age, 35 EUR per person/day.
 

Pets

• Your four-legged friends are also welcome at the Sporthotel Zoll
• However, the dining rooms, sports and wellness areas are reserved for persons only, as are the studios
• Fee: 20 EUR per pet per day
• Dog blanket and water bowl available on request
• Please note that we only clean the room when your pet is not present. Please inform the reception when you prefer your room to be cleaned.

Prices and tourist tax

• Prices are per person (including VAT, excluding tourist tax; prices are subject to change)
• The municipal tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid with the room bill; children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

Cancellation

It can always happen that for a variety of reasons you cannot start your holiday, that it is delayed or has to be interrupted. If this should happen, please inform us in good time. In general, the following cancellation conditions apply at the Sporthotel Zoll:

• up to 30 days before arrival: 30 EUR handling fee per reservation
• from 30 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the reservation amount
• from 7 days before arrival: 90% of the reservation amount
• in the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show: 100% of the reservation amount

Note: these travel cancellation conditions apply irrespective of whether the cancelled rooms, studios or apartments can be re-let in whole or in part. To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend that you take out  travel cancellation insurance.
