If you want to train in a structured way, with clear goals and improve your running technique, the Running Elite program is perfect for you. With spiroergometry to determine your endurance zones, video analysis to improve your running economy, and targeted strength and stability training, you’ll optimize your performance. Combined with professional recovery and a personalized nutrition strategy, you’ll achieve your goals efficiently and sustainably.

Running Technique Meets Performance Diagnostics

In the Running Elite program, your running technique is the focus. Together with our coaches, you’ll analyze your movement with the latest tools like running coaching, spiroergometry, and video analysis.

This way, you can assess where you are and get a clear plan to run more efficiently, economically, and injury-free. You’ll work on strength, technique, and stability in our 700m² High-End Gym. And after your training? High-end recovery with Cryo, Dryfloat, Cold Tubs, Sauna, Infrared light, and Pool.

In cooperation with Die Laufschule, Europe’s largest running training network, we use a scientifically-backed running concept: from gait and running analysis to technique training and neuromuscular development – tailored to your running goals.

Based on all analyses, we create your personalized training plan. It will be implemented at 1,000m altitude, with recommended running routes around the hotel or as a daily treadmill session.
