Based on smart body analysis and performance diagnostics, along with your individual goal, we create your training plan. Then you train in one of the most beautiful road bike regions in Europe – at 1,000 meters above sea level, with access to legendary passes like the Jaufenpass or Penser Joch.
After every ride, your All-Access Pass awaits you: for true regeneration, mindful nutrition, and an environment that fosters performance – all without pressure.

Spiroergometry – Your Data, Scientifically Founded

We start with an advanced spiroergometry analysis, tailored for ambitious road cyclists. In collaboration with uVida, we use their performance diagnostic system – during the stress test, respiratory gases, oxygen uptake, CO2 output, and other parameters are measured live.


Our experts on-site conduct the tests, and all the data is reviewed by the sports scientists at uVida. This way, we stay up-to-date!
The result: your individual aerobic and anaerobic thresholds are precisely determined, your heart rate and wattage zones are pinpointed – so your training in the camp is based on solid data, not feelings.

Goals of the Bike Excellence Program

1. Structured Stimulus for Sustainable Performance

Targeted endurance training based on your spiroergometry and strength data – embedded in one of the most spectacular road biking regions in Europe. Whether it’s passes, intervals, or base training, you train efficiently, safely, and measurably.

2. Recovery That Works

From cold applications to Dryfloat and Reboots: you recover daily with targeted tools that reduce fatigue, promote adaptation, and reduce muscular tension – for better body feeling and greater training capacity.

3. Nutrition as a Tool for Endurance & Recovery

You’ll receive specific recommendations for energy intake before, during, and after your rides. Including fuelling strategies for long climbs, carb timing, and optimal recovery nutrition – practical and scientifically grounded.

Day 2 – Analysis & Starting Point

Nutritional basics: Fuelling advice for your rides
Vision and Cognition Check – We test how fast you can recognize, decide, and react to dangers. A must for those riding fast, especially uphill and downhill

The schedule serves as an example of the 7-day program and may vary according to individual needs. For programs of 10 or 14 days, the weekly schedule will be extended with the corresponding additional services.
