reFUEL: sporting success through healthy, balanced nutrition

Athletes know that nutrition is a key factor in training. The BIA analysis included in our check-up provides us with information on your current condition so we can give you some general advice and information on the 'plate method' free of charge. Want to learn more? Of course our support doesn't stop there: let's reFUEL!

A food plan customised to your goals

As always, we consider the big picture including regeneration, exercise and nutrition. On this basis, our expert Kathrin draws up a customised diet plan for you, taking into account, in the case of professional athletes, the season's progression and thus also allowing you to optimise your preparation for a competition. If, in addition, aspects related to a specific disease need to be considered in your plan, we call in the expertise of our dietician Lisa Tratter.

BIA with the InBody scale

Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) enables us to obtain an overview of your body composition and your current nutritional and health status. The InBody professional scale used in medical and research settings provides us with precise results and its accuracy has already been underlined in numerous scientific publications.

Metabolism analysis

Metabolism analysis provides us with information on your metabolism type and thus also on your calorie requirements. In this way we know exactly what your dietary needs are and can plan your diet in a targeted manner.

Tailored to you!

Consultation based on the BIA analysis and your individual everyday problems.

Nutrient distribution according to the plate principle

At Sporthotel Zoll, we ensure a balanced nutrient distribution according to the plate principle and use local products as much as possible. In short, the plate principle is about the distribution of food on your plate. Fifty per cent of your plate should consist of vegetables and/or fruit, 30% of protein-rich foods and 20% of carbohydrate-rich products with a low glycaemic index. Preparation is done with as little fat as possible.
