This HYROX Camp is not a typical training camp: it’s a holistic, top-level performance experience.

At Sporthotel Zoll in Vipiteno, a brand-new, 700 m² high-end gym is currently being built—specifically designed for functional training and HYROX athletes. Day 2 – Performance Diagnostics and Main Sessions

07:00 – 09:00: BIA measurements before breakfast (individual)
07:30: Morning Activation & Mobility

11:00 – 12:30: 1st Main Session (approx. 90 min)
HYROX skill training (sled, SkiErg, wall ball) → then 45 min workout: Group A
HYROX skill training (BBJ, Ski, row, FC) → then 45 min workout: Group B

15:00 – 16:30: 2nd Main Session (approx. 90 min) – in 2 groups
HYROX skill training (sled, SkiErg, wall ball) → then 45 min workout: Group B
HYROX skill training (BBJ, Ski, row, FC) → then 45 min workout: Group A

17:00: Running analyses

Recovery (as needed): Zerobody Cryo, Zerobody Dryfloat, Ice Bath

Day 3 – Spiroergometry and Compromised Session

07:30: Morning Activation: group walk (30 min) + HIIT training

09:00: Spiroergometry (individual, spread throughout the day)

11:30: Compromised Session — Group A (120 min)
HYROX stations + running training

15:30: Compromised Session — Group B (120 min)
HYROX stations + running training

Recovery (as needed): Zerobody Cryo, Zerobody Dryfloat, Ice Bath

Day 4 - Threshold Run and Hyrox Session

07:30: Morning Activation: group walk + core workout

11:00: Threshold Run: track intervals (60 min)

15:30: HYROX session

Recovery (as needed): Zerobody Cryo, Zerobody Dryfloat, Ice Bath

Day 6 - Hyrox Workout and mindset talk

07:30: Morning Activation: HIIT training (40 min)

11:00: HYROX workout (120 min)

18:30: Mindset talk with our high-profile surprise guest

Departure day
