Spiroergometry – Your Data, Scientifically Backed

We begin with a state-of-the-art spiroergometry analysis, tailored for ambitious road cyclists. In collaboration with uVida, we use their performance diagnostic system—during the stress test, we measure breathing gases, oxygen uptake, CO2 emission, and more in real-time.
Our on-site experts conduct the tests, and all data is reviewed by sports scientists at uVida. This ensures we are always up-to-date!
The result: Your individual aerobic and anaerobic thresholds will be precisely determined, and your heart rate and wattage zones will be accurately defined—so your training in the camp is based on solid data, not guesswork.

Balance & Core Test – Stability Drives Speed

Why: A stable core transfers power directly to the pedals, which is key for efficiency and safety on the bike.


How it works:

  1. Stand on one leg.
  2. Lift the other knee to hip height and hold your arms out to the sides.
  3. Close your eyes.

Stop the timer when you lose your balance.
Evaluation:
< 10 sec → Unstable core & deep muscles
10-25 sec → Solid balance
> 25 sec → Stable core, efficient power transfer


Tip: Integrate short core exercises 3x/week—small gains in stability make a big difference on long rides.
