Pets are allowed at Sporthotel Zoll. We kindly ask you not to bring your pets into the dining areas, sports- and wellness facilities. There is an additional charge of 15.00 Euro per pet.
Price information per person (including VAT, excluding tourist tax, subject to price changes). The tourist tax levied by the municipality is not included in the price; children under 14 years are exempt from it.
Reservation: Upon receiving our reservation confirmation, we kindly request a deposit of 25% per room. You can secure the deposit by providing a credit card or making a free transfer to our account at Raiffeisenkasse Wipptal: IBAN IT 29 Y 08182 59110 000300025020 SWIFT RZSBIT 21054
Cancellation: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from starting your vacation or requiring you to end it early. Please inform us in a timely manner if you need to cancel your reservation. If the cancellation is made too close to the arrival date, our hotel’s general cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: €30 processing fee per reservation.
- From 30 days to 7 days before the start of the trip: 70% of the booking value.
- From 7 days before the start of the trip: 90% of the booking value.
Please understand that in the case of early departure, late arrival, or non-arrival, we will invoice the total amount (i.e., 100%) of the booking sum. It is important to note that these cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms or apartments are re-rented in whole or in part. To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend securing your active vacation at Sporthotel Zoll with travel cancellation insurance.
